On to the haul! I only picked up 3 things because I'm trying to be cautious.

Since I moved to Phoenix a little over a month ago my face has broken out pretty bad. Not sure what the cause is, but I can't sum it up to anything else. Originally, I had just been using Philosophy Purity facial cleanser. It was doing a fine job of keeping my skin clear, except for some tiny bumps I've had below my ears that just won't seem to go away. I didn't want to spend too much at Sephora so thought I'd just try Clear Days Ahead($21) from the same Philosophy line. I feel it's too soon to tell how well the product is working, but the painful breakouts have definitely gone down. I'm thinking I need to get a spot treatment as well.
I also purchased the Nars Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder($35.) I've been eyeing this for awhile and I can say now that this product is AMAZING. I was worried about it creating a white cast, which I got with the Makeup Forever HD Microfinish Powder, but it doesn't. I'll definitely be doing a full review on this product.
Lastly, I've really been loving the grayish/taupe colored eyeshadow I've been seeing everywhere and since I don't own any, I had to grab Nars' Ashes to Ashes($24). It's described as a violet-brown with shimmer - pretty much a soft taupe. I debated between this or the new Urban Decay Naked2 Basics Palette($29) which I could have gotten for basically the same price! Now that I just looked up the palette again, I might have to get it anyway. The taupe colors are SO pretty and Urban Decay makes such smooth eyeshadows. I'll do a FOTD with this soon.
Hope you enjoyed the mini haul. I'll be back later this week. Let me know if you'll be trying any of these products or what you've recently picked up.
